Terms & Conditions for Buy Vaseline Cloud, Win a Jetour, Promo (the “Promotion”)

By entering the Promotion, the participant (“you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

About the Promotion

  1. The Promotion is operated by Al Gurg Unilever (“we”, “us”, “our”).
  2. The Promotion runs from 01 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 on all Vaseline packs in Lulu Stores in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
  3. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media site on which it is hosted.
  4. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

How to Enter

  1. A minimum purchase of 40 AED of Vaseline products is necessary to enter the Promotion.
  2. To enter the promotion:
    1. Scan the QR Code
    2. The QR Code will re-direct you to a microsite
    3. Enter your required details in the form, and submit
    4. You will have registered your entry to the Lucky Draw
  3. You may make multiple entries into the Promotion, under different purchase receipts.
  4. After the promotion period ends on 30 September 2026, any remaining stock in the market will no longer be eligible for prizes, and consumers attempting to participate will not be able to win.

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to individuals who are resident in the United Arab Emirates and aged 18 years or over. When entering a promotion or claiming a prize, you must use your real name. Proof of identity will be required to collect any prize.
  2. Our employees and those of our affiliates, agents or distributors (including any promotion partners or prize providers) and their respective immediate family and household members are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and will not be eligible to receive any prize.
  3. We reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any entry which we consider does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or any participant who has acted in an unfair, fraudulent or misleading manner or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Prizes

  1. Prizes will be as follows:
    1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) “Jetour” SUV.
  2. In total, there will be 1 winner to be selected at the end of the promotion period by the Economic Department of the United Arab Emirates. The winner will be selected at random from valid entries.
  3. Winners will be notified via the contact number and/or email provided at the time of entry.
  4. Winners shall not be entitled to a choice of prize. All prizes are non-transferable, non-divisible and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other item.
  5. If you have not submitted valid information to claim a prize within three (3) days of notification, the prize shall be forfeited and may be returned to the relevant authority.
  6. The prize draw is scheduled to be conducted on 5 October 2026.
  7. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee the receipt of a gift. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw the gifts at any time without prior notice. No monetary exchange or purchase is required. We are under no obligation to distribute gifts to all participants.

Limitation of liability

  1. Your entry or participation in the Promotion and/or prize is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor the prize providers shall be liable for any injury or loss arising out of your participation in the Promotion, your inability to enter the Promotion or accept a prize, or your use or enjoyment of the prize. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction or failure of any kind. In no event will our and/or the prize provider’s total aggregate liability to you exceed the cost of the prize and the prize provider waives any liability arising from the Promotion and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may rise in connection with the Promotion.

Publicity and data protection

  1. If you win a prize, you may be required to participate in reasonable publicity. We and the prize provider may publish and use any Content and your name/username, image, likeness, voice and video footage in any and all media for publicity purposes after the Promotion ends. You will sign an appropriate release form for this purpose if requested by us.

All personal information that you provide to us or which we obtain during the Promotion shall be handled by us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the privacy policy.

General

  1. The Promotion is subject to the laws of United Arab Emirates and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
  2. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend or cancel this Promotion and/or change these Terms & Conditions from time to time if we consider it necessary or appropriate to do so after obtaining permission from the Economic Department. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions for any changes.
